Omnia Windows For North East Homes

Flush sash windows have been popular for years, but most are only flush on the outside. Omnia is a complete double flush suite, engineered so the sash sits level with the frame internally and externally.

It draws on more than five decades of profile design experience, and the detailing shows it: corners that emulate traditional timber joints, clean uncluttered lines, and the option of invisible mullions so nothing interrupts the view where two panes meet.

The 70mm frame depth makes it a straightforward retrofit, which means replacing your existing windows rarely calls for structural alterations to the opening.

Double rebated frames give two lines of sealing against North East weather, and the profile can be triple, double or single glazed depending on how far you want to take the performance.

  • U-valuves as low as 0.79 W/m²K when triple glazed
  • PAS 24 tested for enhanced security
  • Double rebated frames for superior weather sealing
  • Twelve colours, including grained and true timber finishes

Colour Options

A Colour Palette Built Around Three Moods

The Omnia palette is arranged into three families: light and earthy, dark and stormy, and true timber. This gives you a set of considered shades rather than an overwhelming wall of options, and each sits well against North East brick, render and stone.

Grained and matt finishes add texture, so the frames read as a deliberate design choice rather than an afterthought. The newer additions are Claystone, Sage Green, Ginger Oak and Ulti Matt Black. Printed and on-screen colours are only ever an approximation, so ask us for a swatch before you order.

Every Style Covered, Inside and Out

Omnia covers the configurations North East homes actually need, from side hung casements and bay windows to tilt and turn windows for upper floors, where the sash tilts open for ventilation and turns inwards so you can clean the outside from indoors. Windows can be built with invisible mullions, removing the heavy vertical bar where two panes meet. Beading options let the internal detailing suit either a contemporary or a more traditional room. Matching outward opening French doors and residential doors are available too, if you are replacing windows and doors together.

Security

Slim Frames, Serious Security

Omnia has been tested to PAS 24, the enhanced security standard covering resistance to forced entry, and the profile is engineered to take a wide range of precision made locking hardware, so the specification can be matched to your property. The double rebated frame does double duty: two sealing lines make the window harder to force as well as better at keeping the weather out. Because that strength comes from the profile design rather than bulky framing, you are not trading slim sightlines for peace of mind. Understated to look at, and built to hold.

Elegant, Energy-Efficient Flush Casement Windows Designed for Homes Across the North East

Flush casement windows have gained immense popularity in recent years, and for good reason. They are designed to emulate the traditional timber sash windows found in period properties, while incorporating modern features for enhanced performance. With their clean lines and flush finish, these windows create a much more attractive look compared to their uPVC window counterparts.

They seamlessly blend with the face of the window, ensuring that the maximum amount of natural light floods your home. This not only adds to the visual appeal but also reduces the need for artificial lighting during the day.

Energy efficiency and lower heating costs

One of the key advantages of our flush casement windows is their exceptional energy efficiency. The window frame’s engineering combines the 21st-century technology of flush sash uPVC windows with the traditional charm of period properties.

This perfect marriage results in higher thermal benefits and better insulation values, reducing heat loss and ultimately lowering your heating costs. In fact, installing these windows is a smart move towards a more sustainable home, helping you stay within environmental restrictions and boundaries of possibility.

FAQs

Omnia Windows FAQs

We answer frequently asked questions regarding our products and services

How is a double flush window different from a standard flush casement?

A standard flush casement is flush externally only, so from inside the room you still see a stepped sash. Omnia is level on both faces, giving clean lines from wherever you look at it. Paired with invisible mullions, it keeps the frame visually quiet from every angle.

Are Omnia windows energy efficient?

Yes. Triple glazed, Omnia achieves a U-value as low as 0.79 W/m²K, and 1.2 W/m²K double glazed. Lower is better: the U-value measures how much heat escapes through the window, so a smaller number means more warmth stays in the room and your heating works less to replace it. The double rebated frames also improve sealing against draughts, and the system has been designed with future building regulations in mind rather than just current ones.

Are Omnia windows secure?

Omnia has been tested to PAS 24, the enhanced security standard for resistance to forced entry, and the profile takes a wide range of precision engineered locking hardware so the specification can be matched to the property. Slim frames do not mean a weaker window here, because the security is designed into the profile rather than added afterwards.
