We were pleased to welcome our local MP, Kate Osbourne, to the Tyneside Home Improvements site earlier this month. The visit was a great opportunity to share the progress we’ve made revitalising our new home and to talk through the continued investment we’re making in local employment, training, and the construction skills pipeline.
During the visit, we discussed the work already completed on site, including our fully refurbished offices, as well as the next stages of development still to come. It was also a chance to spotlight the career journeys of members of our team and the opportunities available within the construction and home‑improvement sector.
We appreciate Kate taking the time to visit, listen, and recognise the importance of supporting local businesses as they grow, create jobs, and contribute positively to the North East.
This visit marks another encouraging step as we continue to breathe new life into a familiar local site and build a space our team and community can be proud of.
